CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 1/18/22 meeting (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS
- Board will review and approve the Agency’s 2021 Calendar Year Annual Report of its activities, including its financial data and audit report, in accordance with Idaho Code 50-2006, will authorize filing of the report with the City Council, and to authorize publication providing notice once the report has been filed. Prior to approving the Report, the Board will take comments from the public on the Report. (Action Item)
- Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Agency Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
- Board will review Treasurer’s Financial Report.
- Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
- Board will discuss City’s request for Agency to seek outside financial services and may direct Agency staff to seek more information. (Action Item)
- Board will discuss and may approve a request from City of Chubbuck to fund increased project cost (4.21% above projected amount) of the Chubbuck-Philbin 2022 project. (Action Item)
- Board will discuss available days/times for holding a joint meeting with the Chubbuck City Council in April in accordance with the Project Development Agreement for the Chubbuck Downtown Improvement Project.
- Director’s Update of ongoing activities and project in the urban renewal districts and on the 2022 Idaho Legislative Session.
