Luz de las Naciones will present a Latino cultural program full of light and color on Saturday, November 5, 2022, in the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Luz de las Naciones program will include a 364-voice choir, as well as dance and musical performances.
Call for Participants
Members and investigators of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who have an interest in participating in this program as singers, dancers, or musicians, are invited to schedule an audition appointment on https://www.facebook.com/luzdelasnaciones.org/.
Qualifications
Dancers need to be age 11 and older before November 2022.
Choir members need to be age 14 and older.
Because all rehearsals are in person, participants must live within 100 miles from Salt Lake City.
Volunteers
In addition to the music and dance roles, other volunteers are needed to assist with different aspects of the production. To participate, please contact organizers at https://www.facebook.com/luzdelasnaciones.org/.
In-Person Auditions
In-person auditions will be held at the Murray Utah Stake Center at 160 East 4600 South in Murray, Utah, on the following dates:
Saturday, July 16, 2022
Dance auditions from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Choir auditions from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, July 17, 2022
Choir auditions from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Virtual Auditions
Virtual dance and choir auditions are available through Saturday, July 23.
