Free Access to Therapy Groups for Students | Idaho State University
For many of the life concerns that college students face, group counseling is one of the best treatments available, offering a safe and supportive place to receive support and helpful peer interaction. The ISU Counseling and Testing Service offers a variety of small (5-8 participants) weekly groups in order to meet the various needs of the diverse students they serve. Benefits include learning with others facing similar issues, practicing new skills in a safe environment, improving self-awareness and social skills, and enhancing self-esteem and acceptance of oneself and others.
