Details:
Join the Food & Nutrition Club and Vandal Health Education for a hands-on cooking experiencing featuring pulses (such as as peas, beans or lentils). Class will be held in the Carmelita Spencer Foods Laboratory (Niccolls Building, Room 101). Class is $5 per participant at the door and participants will get recipes, ingredients, a hands-on experience and storage containers filled with the dinner they make! March's recipe is Pork & Pea Stew or Vegan Pea Stew.
