The newly renovated Tokyo Japan Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be rededicated on Sunday, July 3, in three sessions: 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m.

Latter-day Saint youth will gather in a nearby Church meetinghouse for a devotional on Saturday, July 2, 2022, the evening prior to the rededication.

President Henry B. Eyring of the First Presidency will preside at the devotional and rededication. The devotional and rededicatory sessions will be broadcast to all units in the Tokyo Japan Temple district.

A public open house is scheduled for Friday, June 3, through Saturday, June 18, 2022 (except for June 5 and 12).

Japan is home to more than 130,000 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in approximately 260 congregations.
